Article 1: object

These general conditions of sale (CGV) govern the contractual relations between the company Digi Car Play (hereinafter "the Seller") and any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase on the website digicarplay.fr (hereinafter " the customer"). These general conditions of sale specify in particular the conditions of ordering, payment, delivery and management of possible returns of products ordered by Customers.

Article 2: Acceptance of conditions

The Customer acknowledges having read, at the time of placing the order, these general conditions of sale and expressly declares to accept them without reservation. Validation of the order therefore constitutes acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.

Article 3: Products

The products offered for sale are those which appear on the digicarplay.fr site on the day the Customer consults the site. Article 4: Order

Article 6: Payment

Payment for orders is made by credit card, via a secure payment platform. The card is debited at the time of validation of the order.

Article 7: Delivery

The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the Customer when ordering. In the event of a shipping delay, an email will be sent to the Customer to inform them of a possible consequence on the delivery time indicated.

Article 8: Withdrawal

In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay penalties. Return costs will be the responsibility of the Customer. The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned products.

Article 9: Guarantee

All products supplied by the Seller benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, provided for by articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code. In the event of non-conformity of a product sold, it may be returned, exchanged or refunded.

Article 10: Liability

The Seller, in the online sales process, is only bound by an obligation of means; it cannot be held liable for damage resulting from the use of the Internet network such as loss of data, intrusion, viruses, interruption of service, or other unintentional problems.

Article 11: Personal data

The Seller undertakes to respect the confidentiality of personal data communicated by the Customer on the website and to process them in compliance with the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978. The Customer has a right of access, modification and deletion of information concerning him.

Article 12: Intellectual property

All elements of the digicarplay.fr site are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of the Seller. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, redistribute, or use for any reason whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site, whether software, visual or sound.

Article 13: Disputes

These general conditions of sale are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, jurisdiction is assigned to the competent courts of [your city or region], notwithstanding multiple defendants or warranty claims.
