Return Time

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a return or exchange, without having to provide a reason or pay penalties.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• Be in original, unused and undamaged condition.
• Be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories and documents included.
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase or receipt.

Return Procedure

2. Validation : Once your request has been validated by our customer service, you will receive detailed instructions on the return procedure, including the return address.

3. Shipping : Package the item carefully and ship to the return address provided. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of receipt of the returned item. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or rejected.

• Approval : If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within 7 days.

• Rejection : If your return is rejected due to non-compliance with the return conditions, the item will be returned to you at your expense.

Trades

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at siteretrovisor@gmail.com.

Non-Returnable Items
